I work nights and I use this as an add in to my iced coffee. It helps keep the munchies away. It mixes quickly and you can't even tell that there is protein in your drink. I like the caramel, but the mocha is also good. The per price serving beats the coffee store plus I don't need to waste time stopping on the way to work.
