This was my first protein, and I would recommend using 2 scoop only before a workout, not as a snack - the powder really invigorates. It gives you energy, which makes it easier for you to exercise. Incredible taste and scent, as stated - coffee/caramel/chocolate. I consider it to be of high quality. It's a pity that it ended quickly - I plan to order more
