Very good product at a very reasonable price.It makes a difference when your body has enough B1 because it helps with liver functions. In addition to that, you can get that in vitamins. However, it's not fat soluble, so it just washes away when you urinate. However, with fat soluble, it's actually stored in the fat.
This is an amazing ingredient for nerve health. You could also take this as part of a b complex vitamin pack but this concentrated ingredient is better and the results are good. Brand is good and packaging and product is also good with great benefit. Would recommend - I would have to try other brands also.
I saw a video to take this for numbness on the top of my foot. I take 8 capsules a day and it seems to be helping with reducing some of the numbness. Will continue to take this a few more months because I know it takes nerves a while to heal and repair.
I honestly don't know does it do anything for me, it might. The taste is fine, the size is fine, I take it with fat (for better abosrbtion). Again it might give me benefits and the quality doesn't look to be bad, but the price for the dosage is a bit high. I would and do still take it tho since its not causing any issues...
