I found from an independent source that this was one of the most bioavailable curcumin formulations, and was happy the price was not extortionate! I’ve been taking it for its antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties, hopefully it works 🤞 The package was a bit big for the amount of pills but their shape and size is good and it’s easy to pour the right number!
Been taking this for months. Love the packaging and capsules easy to swallow. Helps greatly in reducing the inflammation on my fingers joints. Curcumin was recommended by my health practitioner for controlling rheumatoid arthritis flare up. Pain has lessen greatly and fingers no longer feel so stiff. I am miximg this curcumin phytosome with another iherb mix called flex (also containing curcumin and other things). I had been in join pains for 2 years, on and off, better in summer, awful in winter. With this mix, I felt 90% better after 2 weeks of taking it, I still have some joint pains, but nothing to compare with before. I bought my second packs already to carry on. Highly recommend both of them.
Easy to digest and small in the mouth so taking it is very easy. No unpleasant taste and my preferred anti-oxidant because of the absortion. This was the best value for money. Well packaged. The capsule is very light, so I wasn’t sure it actually contained the full amount- but I counted and there are 60 as promised. Good ingredients, effective, and reasonably priced. Recommended.
