At last I’ve found a product that seems to have worked 👍🏻 I haven’t had a UTI for almost 2 months and before that I was living at the Doctors and taking antibiotics… early days yet but it seems to be working.. I’ve been taking D Mannose since early January thanks Margaret

Dmannose helps with urinary tract infection, this is in powder form, so dont have any other other ingredients
It does what it is meant to do. The powder dissolves well and the taste is slightly sweetish and not unmpleasant.
This is great D-Mannose. I have started taking it because it does a lot more than help with UTI's which I don't really get anymore. Mannose helps to retrain your immune system and reprograms viral inflammation and Neuroinflammation. It's an essential glycan and it supports your immune system, nervous system, metabolic health and cell function.
Great quality product, especially as a prevention of UTI. Might not be enough to solve the problem it you already have UTI. Also, keep in mind to drink a lot of water during the day. Small cryatals, easily dissolves in water. Slightly sweet. I take it on an empty stomach before bed.
I have been taking the product for a month now, I have not noticed any special effects yet, neither negative nor positive. As a powder, it dissolves well in water.
I've been drinking it with high hopes, but it's neither good nor bad. It's sweet, but doesn't make an impact when added to juice.
