Disappointed! I used NeuroQ sleep now strips in the past and loved the peppermint taste! This new formula tastes so bitter and not at all like the ones I purchased before! One of the things I like about these strips, is that they not only have melatonin but also the L-Theanine in them! And I do think they help relax me and help me to drift off to sleep!
Very nice, I love these, will buy again and again
This is not just melatonin it's include L-Theanine that make this product for a perfect. I think this is the best melatonin in the day used and this is the second time that I bought this product
I have tryed different pills but this product works good to me . It helps me to go into sleep and on the morning after am feeling fresh without outstanding effects
Quality good ingredients good size good dosage good benefits good taste good
Great product, good ingredient , dosage, quality, size, age, package, benefit, taste. I highly recommend it
I don't have any anxiety disorders, so the L-Theanine in this formula is right for me. It is thought to have potential to influence neurotransmitter activity, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and enhance cognitive function. It might also support the immune system and promote overall well-being, L-Theanine can enhance alpha brain waves, all of which can contribute to relaxation. I have no problem going to sleep, staying asleep, and feeling rested after taking this supplement before bed. The 3 mg. Melatonin in this formula is also a safe natural hormone in our bodies that increases in the evening as the sun sets, and is a good level for my needs. I'm a night owl, and my circadian rhythm needs some help so I can get some much needed rest. With more and more un-natural lighting surrounding us at night before bedtime, I need this extra boost. I also enjoy the delivery method of NeuroQ Sleep Now, a soft strip that you place on your tongue, let dissolve, and then swallow. For me it sure beats taking another capsule or tablet. I keep this little box of "brain health" next to my bed, and use it every night. It also has a refreshing mint flavor.
I had the wrong idea that this would be like taking a listerine oral strip, but this one doesnt desolve easily and the flavor is not mint at all, the flavor is awful.
good packaging, individual packets so its easy to split up
So good, I sleep so well. It’s worth every cent.
