I’m only on my second day of taking this. And so far, I can see it helps on appetite control. I’m excited to see what the effect will be as I finish one bottle. I visited a dietician prior to purchasing this one. I found out I have a very slow metabolism even though I’ve gained muscles from my workout. Turns out I’m not eating enough carbs to fuel my metabolism. So now, I’m counting my macros whenever I eat and taking this in hopes of boosting my metabolism.

It definitely boosts metabolism. The instructions for dosage and how to take it are not very clear, but it still feels like it works. The size of the pills is easy to swallow. The quality of the ingredients is evident. Every ingredient is really good and beneficial. Advantages of the product: no smell or taste. I will continue with a second bottle and report back.
