I feel like this is one of the best MCT products on the market, it has everything you need and nothing you don’t. I like the fact that this one comes in a glass bottle, I have been using this product for about a year, and up until recently it’s been coming in a plastic bottle so I was very happy to see it come in a glass bottle. I like to support Dr. Macola because he is out in the press, researching and studying and revealing the truth about what’s happening in the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry so I think it’s important to support him and by his products.

The product is tasteless, which is a plus, and I didn’t notice any negative effects while using it. However, I was disappointed with the unclear labeling in the description—it mentions that it may be made from coconuts or palm oil. Next time, I’ll choose a product that guarantees it’s made solely from coconut oil. Additionally, the bottle is very inconvenient—it’s heavy, and the oil tends to spill from the sides, making it messy to use. I wouldn’t purchase this again.

Great ingredients using mainly the C8 MCTs that will provide the highest dose energy by type of MCTs. Package size is a little small and expensive for my usage of 5 days per week. Other than that, benefits appear to be quite positive for increased metabolism to faster achieve diet and fitness workout goals but just recommend intermittent usage during the winter times when people are usually a little less active.

I blend this to my daily am drink - coffee, matcha, almond milk... Does not have any taste, does not alter the taste of my drink instead gives it a nice texture. I buy a variety of C8 whichever is on offer. can't tell the difference between brands. All good quality.

I love this product because it's one of the few MCT oils that come in a glass bottle. MCT oil degrades plastic (there are even warnings about this on the bottle) yet many other brands continue to sell their product in plastic. Yuck! I like this one also because it has more concentrated C8 caprylic acid than other MCT oils. This helps with gut health and balance (or so I'm told).

I sip a few ml 2-3 times a day. The results vary but show that this is good. I will warm up at times and not at others, sometimes on an empty stomach there will be heaviness that is expected. Last but not least, it comes in a glass bottle.
