I love this very tasty nutritious drink. This drink gives me energy and I know i am getting my days supply of nutrients. You can mix it with water or juice, but I love to put my powder in a jar and shake it up good with a half jar or more of juice , in that way it mixes very well and avoids getting leftover substance at the bottom of the jar so I know I am consuming all of the substance. I really love the size of the package, it's very big and will last a long time. the price is also very reasonable. I like that it has no taste, and it doesn't feel chalky or powdery when blending it into water. I mix half a scoop into one cup of water and I feel like that's enough for me. I do feel like it improves my energy because I didn't eat enough greens and I needed a supplement and it works for me.
