Good extract of lion's mane fruiting body. Unfortunately, lots of other brands are not available in Europe. So this one is the best of what is left. Take it with Vit C or with antioxidants for better absorption, but away from other supplements and medicines.
I read up on Lion's Mane and how it could repair damaged nerves. I chose MyPure's product for its high potency of Lion's Mane unlike many companies that fool the consumer into thinking that it is all pure Lion's Mane. It's my 1st time taking Lion's Mane, therefore as with many supplements taken for healing they will take time. I have a chronic illness and my nerves are damaged so I'm hoping that I will see some improvement after 3 months of taking them, hopefully sooner 🙏🏽. Capsules are always easier to swallow (approx. 0.8cm x 2.3cm) I'll be sure to update my review later on!

Some people just buy the fruiting powder of lions mane but that actually isn’t the most absorbent and best quality you can get. I’m not trying to say I know everything but I’ve read a lot and if you can find a good extract like this one which is four times, you’ll be getting a good kick of the chemicals that are in Lions mane
Repurchased MyPure Lion's Mane in the 4x formulation. Did not notice a significant difference between the 2x formula from the 4x. Nevertheless, it provides mental clarity and the brain fog went away.

I've recently finished my second bottle of MyPure Lion's Mane 4X, and I have some mixed feelings about it. Initially, I noticed that taking it in the morning made me feel sleepy, but when I switched to taking it at night, I slept soundly. It's possible that it may have lowered my blood sugar levels, which could explain the drowsiness. While I can't say for certain if there were any significant changes to my cognitive functions, I did experience some incredibly vivid dreams, which was quite interesting. However, around the third to fourth week, I began to feel a bit down and burnt out. These feelings subsided once I stopped taking the supplement. The quality of the mushroom ingredients is excellent, and I wanted to love this product, but it seems it might not be the right fit for me. If you're considering trying it, keep in mind that results can vary, and it's essential to monitor how it affects you both physically and mentally.
Part of a therapy for neurological deasese for a family member. Doctor confirmed it is good ingredients and pure product. I would like it to have in a bigger concetration as well. Pill itself is easy to swallow. Note this is an alcolol extract, for anyone that is sensitive to that form of drug. Does it do anything? Hard to tell
