I bought this for my husband to drink after the gym. He said it was thick and might be easy to drink in the winter. It was thick, but it tasted a bit thin. I might not buy it again, but it's very nutritious, so I hope he continues to drink it.
this is my 2nd brand of Meal Replacement / Protein shake, it is not sweet so OK to drink, it's slightly tasteless, but easier to drink than the very sweet " everyday" brand pictured beside it. bottle was easy to open, and it's a very big bottle (cost-effective). i didn't get diarrhoea or farting like the "everyday" brand, but i still feel hungry immediately after drinking it.
Due to my busy work schedule, I never have time for a proper lunch. Snacking on fast food or bagels on the run was seriously upsetting my stomach and leading to weight gain. I decided to try a protein meal replacement powder on the recommendation of a colleague. I chose a well-balanced option that, in addition to protein, also contains fiber and complex carbohydrates to keep me full for longer. The results exceeded all expectations. I mix a serving with low-fat milk or water right in the office. The texture is thick and dense, like a real milkshake. The taste is pleasant, not cloying, and there's no chemical aftertaste. Most importantly, it's truly filling! Hunger subsides for at least 3.5 hours, and there's no heaviness or bloating like after a big lunch. My energy lasts until evening. In three weeks of replacing unhealthy snacks with these meal replacements, I've lost 2 kg, and my digestion has finally improved. An excellent, high-quality product for busy people!
A nutritious meal replacement with a good milk chocolate flavor and quality ingredients. The only downside is that it takes a bit more effort to mix completely, but overall it's a good product.
I bought it to always have a backup in my diet as a quick or express supplement; I acquired it because it is low in sugar, and it does have a chocolate flavor.

I'm not so into the taste, to be honest. Will not be buying this again. it tastes like a diet product. it has a good amount of protein. I offset the taste by mixing I with yogurt and fruit.
Nice taste, not too sweet. Personally, it gives me a bit of a stomach ache but I drink it with a lot of milk.
It has a chocolate aroma but no chocolate taste. Even if you eat it in sufficient quantity, you will not feel full and cannot be used as a meal replacement.
I bought the vanilla flavor before, it's not too sweet and tastes good, I'll buy the chocolate flavor again
