Since green tea supports autophagy i like to have this before breakfast or right before/during fasting in order to support and/or trigger the process (as is the case with turmeric, cocoa, and coffee as well). I was very happy to find a decaf that actually uses such a clean process of CO2. Amazing! P.S. i cut the bag open and steep it and then eat the leaves as well as the liquid. Hopefully this does not have microplastics in the bags, though i do still like to eat the fresh tea inside and avoid the actual bag regardless, so long as it is clean and pure. According to my google searches and Google Ai this was what was recommended for a clean pure organic green tea for somebody trying to avoid extra caffeine.

I got decaf green tea so I could drink it at any time as there as little caffeine as possible. Green tea has so many health benefits that it’s good to drink everyday. It’s a standard size and package and blend. The taste is light and crisp and the servings are standard.

This tea has a great flavor, I'm not fan of green tea but I got it becaise of its benefits. Even though I don't like these teas I must say this ones has a very nice flavor plus gives a lot of benefits, it's a good quality tea and decaf whichs makes it better. I recomend it 100%
