I got decaf green tea so I could drink it at any time as there as little caffeine as possible. Green tea has so many health benefits that it’s good to drink everyday. It’s a standard size and package and blend. The taste is light and crisp, although I tend to finding this brand milder tasting than most, and the servings are standard.
