This is the only affordable brand of Greek Balsamic with Thyme honey. We go through it like mad on our salads with a little olive oil. Very healthy and tasty. I think we bought 18 bottles since this gem of a find :)

I originally purchased my first bottle of Gaea Ancient Greek Balsamic Oxymelo at a local store, but they no longer carry it. So I was delighted to see that it is carried here, on iherb! It has an incomparable taste on salads, with a trace of sweetness from the honey, and smoothness of the thyme. It can be used in meat dishes as well. Bottle, as best, is made of dark glass. Highly recommend!
