i've been taking it for about 3 weeks now. I noticed it regulates the sleep rather than puts you to sleep. I mean, I dont fall asleep because I just took it like it happens with melatonin, however, when I take it every night at the same time, the next night I feel I'm sleepy around that same time. I guess it's better than melatonin. I bought it for the benefit to regulate stress and mood. it tastes normal. I'm re ordering again
