We decided to get nasogel after hearing a ENT recommend it. We apply it using a q-tip so it doesn't contaminate the tube. I think it's safer than using vaseline to line the inside of the nasal passages, as it is no longer recommended.
It works! The tips of my nostrils became so dry and scabbed from constant AC use this summer. I tried using a humidifier, petroleum jelly, and drinking copious amounts of water but nothing was giving me relief. I apply in the morning, mid day, and night time. Finally my scabs are healing and it doesn’t hurt when I touch my nose. Easy to apply. No irritating scent or feel.

I use naso gel to keep my nose moist. I get nose bleeds because of being on a blood thinner. I have had the blood vessels cauterized but still get nose bleeds. Nasogel really helps. Easy to use. I put it on a q tip and then put in my nose.
As somebody with a plastic prosthesis in my sinuses, I suffer from chronic dryness in the sinuses that leads to extremely painful cracking and bleeding. Neilmed's nasal gel is the best of all the brands I've tried in lubricating the sinus cavities and keeping them moist and painless. Highly recommended for the relief of all discomfort and pain associated with dry sinuses.
This is a new product that I haven’t used before but it helps with keeping my nostrils moisturized. I still use some Vaseline but I’m able to stick this farther in the nostril than Vaseline
This good quality product has been very helpful for my husband and I. It has really benefit our dry nostrils that have created bloody noses. package size will last for many uses. I highly recommend trying if you have dryness in your nostrils, that may cause a bloody nose. We will purchase again.

Found and bought this because my nose gets very dry in winter, and even get nose bleeding very easily. The design of this product is very easy to get the gel right into the nostril on the right spot with the right dose. Love this!
