its a bit dribbly at first but I think because I was too nervous to push the yringe all yhe way up since it is unconfortabke at first. its a great mechanism because a standard neti pot is very awkward to use and this syringe shoots the water straight up for you
The syringe is rather big one in size but the nozzle was gentle enough to use on a toddler age 3. The Package contains 10 saline sachets making the purchase value for money. After first use we saw the benefit which cleared up the congestion and mucus in blocked nose. Its an effective way to relieve congestion as it keep the nose clean and we only use at night before sleep. Next time I will only purchase the saline sachets now that I have a syringe.
This is a very interesting product! I’ve always had nasal issues and have tried every nasal spray there is, but they’re uncomfortable to use and I hate that the sprays run down my throat 😖 so decided to give this a try. Was nervous but this was actually very easy to use and it works as intended! Helps keep my nasal passages clear 🥰 Love that it comes with 10 packets! after my rhino plasty this has been perfect for douxhing the nose canals and the syringe is quite large and holds a good amount of solution. i ordered it not knowing that the package also comes with saline solution packets which is a plus. i prefer this to the squeezy bottle ones as its convinient for travel

Better use a neti pot. Intreid it, ot works. But kot better then a neti pot.
