These are perfectly fine but the olive oil is honestly the number one flavor that comes through when eating them. The actual mussel flavor is barely present. But they are cheap and a great healthy snack to have on hand or add to a recipe, so I would still recommend them.

Out of the mussels, oysters and clams, the mussels were my least favorite one but they weren't bad, it was more a preference thing. The texture was interesting, I'm not sure how to describe it but it wasn't what I was expecting. The nutritional profile was good so we ate the whole tin
