Despite having the same ingredient as other brands, the concentration seems to be higher, as I feel the benefits with a lower dosage. I lost about 22 kgs after my pregnancy but i have a sweet tooth....so i came to know about white kidney bean extract and i ordered it from i herb and at frst i was lil skeptical whether it will work or not .... Then i started taking it before my carbs rich foods and surprisingly my weight didnt increased ....now i have ordered another bottle ...m loving it❤️

This is Carb supplement I have tried. Dosage I use this about one to two times a day. I sometimes forget to take it before a meal, but I still take it after heavy carbs meal. Benefit, It helps me when I asleep to not get that disturbed sleep I get when I eat a lot of carbs. Without it, I find myself awake for an hour or two in the middle of the night and I end up with much less sleep. It’s also priced more affordable than the other brand I used. The quality seems good, the ingredients are good, size is ok. Taste is not bad.

I loved that it suppressed my appetite for high carb foods, hated the way it made me feel. Only took it twice and it made me exhausted both times and the second time i got a gas pain in my stomach and a migraine

The size and taste is alright. The quality and ingredients is good. I take 1 before a heavy carb meal and it helps to maintain my body weight. The benefit is significant. The suggested dosage is good enough for weight management. Reccomend for busy women who sit in the office all day.
