I really like the formulation of this women's multivitamin. It has a few trace ingredients you don't always see. This is a quality brand that makes effective and potent products for all ages and daily use. I didn't notice an unpleasant taste. The size of the pill is a little big for some maybe, but it's not the worst.

I love the expansive ingredient list for this multi and how it includes vitamin k and molybdenum, but doesnt include copper (I don't need extra copper), and I like its lack of food colorings and fillers, like useless forms of magnesium. If you want magnesium, its always better to buy it separate, as theres no realistic way to fit any significant amount of a useful magnesium into a multi. Only thing I would request is for a formula without ashwaghanda, because my body hates this herb! Please make one available without herbs!

Great quality. My mother has not been taking supplements for some time and this one seems to have all the ingredients with a high dose for best and quickest effect. Packages is great and they must be taken two daily. By means this package is only enough for one month.
