Very good and light for stomach
I thought that it would be sweet because of the flavoring; however, while it's not as sweet as I expected, I think the taste is just right, especially for a zero-sugar powder. I only gave this product four stars because the flavor is not coffee-ey as I expected, and sometimes it tastes bland, and also because of the price. What I like about this product is that I have never experienced any stomachache or bloating, unlike other products. Overall, ISO100 is still my favorite brand, but maybe this flavor doesn't impress me a lot; if this were another brand, I might have given it two stars.

Those who love cappuccino: add a mix of this powder with water instead of milk into your coffee - and enjoy. Works with decaf too, fresh pour coffee and instant as well - just make sure all liquids are smooth before mixing the protein with your other liquid. Both weight loss + muscle mass have been steadily improving overtime.

Slight cappuccino flavour, but the sickly artificial sweetener taste overpowers it. No idea why everyone thinks it tastes the best. Mix with coffee so the bitterness mellows out the sweetness. The good thing is that it has numbers about grams of protein, so it is transparent. And it has a great protein profile, but if you're not optimising every single aspect of your nutrition there's no point using all your money on this. It doesn't even taste that good.
