This product is very useful if you have a cold or a light illness. Its also good for the brain since according to some studies it lowers inflammation. I does not take it every day, only occasionally when I can't sleep enough, but it seems to be helping, however I can never be sure since I take a lot of supplements daily.
I take cats claw extract for many years to keep my immune system in best shape . I hardly had a cold for the past 3 years (67 yrs old). I think it really strengthens the whole body. Happy Nutricost is providing a strong extract at the lowest price. Will continue using their product. Recommended!

Decent alternative to the expensive tinctures I was previously using for Buhner protocol. Seems to do the trick.
