I take this about an hour before bed with Magnesium bisglycinate and sometimes melathonin, since it helps me get a deeper sleep. Sometimes i might take two capsules but to be fair i havent noticed a difference between taking just one or the two, what I do notice is that my smartwatch does measure about 10/15% more deep sleep on average than before when I only had magnesium before bed.
