This prenatal multivitamin uses very high-quality ingredients. For example, the iodine comes from Atlantic kelp (iodine is very important; everyone should decide how much to supplement based on their own situation, and may even need additional supplements or dietary intake). Some B vitamins are in their active form, and the capsules have no added excipients. The only slight drawback is the smell, but its excellent qualities outweigh this, and it's not a major issue for me.

High quality, complete and effective ingredients. The herbal smell is quite strong. I used it to prepare for pregnancy. Taking up to four pills a day was quite a lot for me.

These were recommended to me by my older brother who said the vitamins were high quality, and would be bioavailable to me vs the other prenatal I was using. So far I'm feeling good this pregnancy.

Easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. I do wish only 2 pills was required instead of 4 a day.

Pricey but good quality. The serving size is four and I usually take 2 with lunch and 2 with dinner as those are my biggest meals of the day. Quality is so good I sometimes just take 1 or 2 if I’ve eaten healthy that day.

These prenatal vitamins provide an abundance of nutrients. I struggle to take tablet prenatal vitamims and found this one. I loved that it was only one capsules compard to others where i had to take 2 capsules. I'm on baby number 2 in 3 years and will not take anything rlae.
