I am not one to be a vitamin taker. I do not have any issues with stomach distress, but I find them a bit hard to swallow. Other than that, the bright urine color is odd but I was told by my friends that does occur. Good product and I will continue to use it.
Clean ingredients, no junk, and super gentle on the stomach. Effects are subtle if you take a low dose, but steady over time. Love that it’s iron-free and doctor-formulated. Packaging’s solid too. Not magic, but a solid daily multi if you're 45+ and want to feel balanced.
I like this supplement. IT has the methylated B's for MTHFR gene. I have my 89yr old mother on this who has one of the gene variations of MTHFR and she stays healthy.
Emerald Labs is a good brand, so this is a very good and reliable multi. The size of the pill is a little large, but manageable. No taste.
