I put the recommendation amount in my morning coffee. It's adding a slight vanilla taste. Good for your skin and unusual for your coffee routine.

I am a collagen coffee person, and I usually use the NaturesPlus vanilla creamer. I tried this one because it was on sale, and reordered a couple of times. I do like it, but not as much as the NaturesPlus one. I honestly can’t say I notice anything they do for me, but I like the taste and hope that they’re helping, along with the biotin I take, with hair regrowth, as well as to strengthen my nails and bones. Worth a try! Tip: Use an electric milk frother to help get the clumps out, as stirring with a spoon doesn’t quite do the trick. (Maybe a matcha whisk could help too.)

I'm using 1 scoop to get 5g protein in morning coffee. It keeps me from getting hungry for hours. I ran out of a different brand, so tried this one. It requires a bit of vigorous stirring to dissolve it, but it settles to the bottom and is gritty. The vanilla flavor is mild and not overwhelming. I'm using it for the protein, not because its the best. I will return to my other brand as it dissolves instantly almost without stirring. I will tolerate it for the benefit I get. On special price for 12 servings is rather high. Using 1 scoop makes it last 24 days, still expensive, but I get quality collagen which I need as an older person.

No side effects andI am sentistive to some products so thats a plus on quality. Its hard to say how much beneficial collagen does as you need to take it for months. I took it my diet to to help my shoulder heal. My shoulder did heal but was it the collagen its hard to say if thr use enhanced my heaing. Therefore i can recomend this product.

I really wanted to like this, but the flavor is so unpleasant that I can’t even use half a scoop. It completely derails the taste of my coffee or hot chocolate, leaving a strong weird sawdust / cardboard taste that’s impossible to ignore. I’ve used other collagen creamers before that were delicious, so I can’t understand how this one went so wrong. The texture and flavor are just far too strong and it takes over every drink and makes it feel low quality or maybe even unhealthy filler. Unfortunately, this one’s a miss for me.
