Mixed feelings about it
I tried so many proteins all of them I have allergic reaction on my skin. Except for this one which is good . But I don’t feel any improvement on my hair or skin the good feeling other proteins give me. That’s why I have mixed feeling about it. Taste is good with my morning coffee package and size good as well but I didn’t se the benefits behind it on me.
