In just over a week I've use this in combination with Terry Naturally CURAMED 750, and I can already tell a difference. Mostly in my shoulder which used to hurt so bad first thing in the morning and when I sit too long working on a computer (gotta take more breaks too!). Recommend the Combination!

I have an autoimmune disease, so I use this enzymes for decreasing inflammation in my body. Also to improve digestion. The dosage I take is 2 tablets morning and evening 30 minutes before meals. Tablets are easy to swallow. No bad taste or odor. The size could be problematic if a person can take only small capsules.

Enzymes are responsible for multiple functions in the body but most of them address recovery. Enzymes are great for post-surgery and for lowering inflammation. Great for the gut, best used on an empty stomach to get the full benefit (otherwise they will be used as digestive enzymes which is a different product and less expensive). Highly recommended!

Size is good- depending on how many times a day you eat- it can last from 1 to 3 months. Taste and aftertaste is wonderful, because it has anise, which has a very nice flavor.

I was looking for a product to replace Wobenzym and Phlogenzym, which I haven’t been able to find for several years. The ingredient composition is quite similar, although it would be better if it didn’t include digestive enzymes, especially in such high amounts. With such a high amount of digestive enzymes, I cannot use the dosage of enzymes that I need. I have used enzymes for muscle inflammation, nerve inflammation in the leg or back, strains, and similar issues. It’s great that they are enteric-coated. I would prefer a version without digestive enzymes. The tablets are angular and quite difficult to swallow, especially since you need to take several of them. Without taste.

Great Product, performs as indicated. Fast delivery. Great for muscles. Would buy again. The quality is good. Natural ingredient. Capsule size is just right. The taste is not bad. Very beneficial and is a great benefit to your health. Dosage is reasonable. However, it is a little pricey.

I've noticed that enzymes, for me at least, seem to work like motrin. Usually within 24 hours or less they relieve at least some pain when due to joint or muscle strain or overuse. In general enzymes have been shown to work well as an anti-inflammatory aid. Since using the RecoveryZymes (along with ice and other therapies) they seem to help reduce joint discomfort. This product definitely works and is worth the money

These systemic proteolytic enzymes work wonders for joint stiffness and post-workout soreness. Small easy-to-swallow capsules, zero harsh fillers. I take them on an empty stomach daily, inflammation feels much lighter. Great value, will repurchase!
