This multivitamin didnt gave me a headache like some other one I took, And it seems theres a good balance between the vitamins. I recommend.

The quality of the ingredients r promising, i bought it for Mt husband. the size of the pills r a bit big. He takes it daily, but dosage is a bit small so u must take 3 pills which is a bit hard. The packaging was good.
