One of the best multiminerals availabe , the dosage is 4tabs but for me it is better because I can easy divide it through day . Only one thing ehat could be better is to add molydenum because I think it is also important mineral. I have this product 3th time and probably next I am going to choose this again . Quality seems to me okay with big package for long term use.
