I suspected I might be lacking magnesium in my diet, so I was looking for a supplement, but since I was already taking several other things, I avoided tablets. The lemon flavor is stronger than the berry flavor, with a hint of lavender in the aftertaste. I dissolve one scoop (using the included spoon) in about 200ml of water and drink it, but the taste is a bit strong, so sparkling water might be better. In addition to magnesium, it also contains plant extracts (perhaps what are called adaptogens), so I recommend it to anyone who wants to take multiple beneficial ingredients in one go.

I really like drinking magnesium with water before bed. This one has a good flavor, although I detect more blackberry than lemon. It dissolves well, and a large package lasts a long time.
