The quality and ingredients are good. The smell and taste exactly as the plant. May be very unpleasant to many. I feel not suitable to mix with yogurt or other sweetener. I tried and taste really bad. I’ll try using and cook with other vegetables.

So I wasn't even for this product but I like this company and looking at the back of it seeing that it has three different kinds of seaweed all which are always important in the sense of minerals and nutrients I decided to give it a try. I only put about 2 g into my yogurts or drinks and it does have a marine kind of taste to it but not too strong.

I am 65 and have been reading a lot about anti-aging supplements for the brain,, and learned about seaweed products being helpful. knew that the iHerb site would be the place to go..and found this Navitas Organics Superfood/ Sea Veggie Blend. It is a green powder, that one can mix into a liquid, or a smoothie, or ?? I have been mixing about a 1/2 tsp or so...into warm water, or even my yogurt. I do not have a blender, if I did I would create a smoothie that would make it easier to enjoy the seaweed taste. But, it is a simple and cost-effective way to try to keep my brain / cognition strong!! So, I do appreciate this product ; )

After reading about how the particular seaweed featured in this blend in supposed to be really useful for dogs' dental health, I've been adding a tablespoon to the oat flour/flaxseed meal/chia meal crackers I make for my dogs to have as snacks and so far it's been a hit; I err on the side of caution in terms of adding things with iodine to their diet but this appears to be good for their digestive system too, now having become a regular addition to it. For myself, I add it to various soups & it's particularly good in hot & sour soup, ramen, or the like, adds a nice umami seaweed flavor.

I love mixing a pinch into my smoothies for a mineral boost. Clean, organic, subtly briny but easy to mask with fruit.

I had heard for some time how important and beneficial sea vegetables were but I was unsure of how I would add them to my diet due to the taste. But this made it so easy, I love the assortment of products this brand provides. This is the first product I have tried and I love it. I cannot wait to try more.

Super Green~ Super Green~ So I've been trying to wait to give a review but I feel it's about time. I'll try and save you some time. The good: - The taste is perfectly bearable. I find blending with orange juice is the most passable but I actually look forward to it when mixing it with a protein shake. Blend it protein powder if you can. - I DO feel better. The first couple of days, it "cleared me out" so to speak but after that, my body got accustomed to the greens and noticed an improvement in my overall stamina, better sleep, and general well-being. - great value in my opinion The bad: - It doesn't blend well and therefore it does not "shake" well. I use a ninja blender. Using it with water or orange juice, it still clumps up. I try to swallow those chunks whole as if they're vitamins. As mentioned above, blending with protein powder masks the clumps a lot better. - The taste alone is meager. I don't care for it. It's like sugar dirt. - You're gonna get "cleared out" the first day or two like I did - brace yourself.
