Good. But I’m concerned that it might contain ashwaghanda leaves that are now banned in India. Capsules otherwise are easy to swallow and have no taste

I used it with Apigenin & felt it's relaxing effect especially during bedtime. Good quality & quantity, value for money. I use 2 servings a day in a split & notice it helps in weight management as well.

I’ve been taking Super Nutrition brand one-a-day multivitamins for men for many years , so I know that this brand is one of the best quality brands. I usually buy Ashwagandha in Nepal. There is a local company that grows it organically in Gorkha and uses French technology to make an extract. But I won’t be back in Nepal until February and needed to restock. I am very pleased with the quality of this product and will use it when my main source in Nepal is unavailable.
