Excellent quality and great price point. I started using these and definitely see an improvement, I'm using other things to detox and liver detox but along with milk Thistle I seem to be passing what looks like chips of stones or metal like pieces, tiny but ypu can easily see them and definitely only since starting milk Thistle have I noticed this.
