This is a really good product, I've been using it for 4 months, it's good for me on the keto diet, the only thing I didn't like was that it contains sucralose, which may cause side effects and doesn't help with a feeling of fullness, other than that, in terms of values, it's excellent, and makes you drink more fluids (I don't really like water)
