These are good but expected a little more in results from jigsaw in the extended release. Will keep taking but not much difference in other brands of this type of mag.

This is a quality product - I used to order directly from the company, but since I like i-herb so much and regularly order from them, it makes more sense to get it here. I don't even take this every day, just when my body tells me I need magnesium. Specifically, if I get leg or foot cramps at night, I know I am low on magnesium, so I will take a tablet or two a day for a few days afterward. It's so beneficial to the muscles. The slow-release function is perfect, as too much magnesium all at once can cause gastric issues.
