I have used this product for almost a month. My physical therapist suggested it. I find it helpful to take it about an hour before bed. It helps to relax you so you can drift off to sleep. I mix it with cold water and it tastes good. I will reorder if the good results continue.

My partner and I started using magsoothe for my leg cramps due to pregnancy and because he was unable to exercise as much so wasn't getting enough deep sleep. There are no more leg cramps and we are both having a lot more restful sleep. Tastes like sherbert water. Will definitely be ordering more
