Excellent! If you take D, never take it without K2! To me this feels like exactly the right dose of K2. It is so very important to get enough vitamin K, especially if you supplement with vitamin D. Contains clean ingredients. and Vitamin E is just a benefit
I tried this as I am taking both Vitamin E and K2 separately and wanted the convenience of taking them together. Seemed to be good quality and decent price. Will probably buy again.
I take of these daily with my 5000 IU's of D3, I suppose it's enough. No toxic fillers though I'd have preferred a gelatin capsule.
