Very good protein, 100 calories and 25g of protein, and excellent flavor and excellent ingredient and source of protein, but be careful, only buy the 1.6LB version, since the 5LB version is totally different, the 5LB version has 120 calories, different macros and the ingredients and sources of protein are different. the quality of the powder look right and fine, mixes great, but in my opinion mix it with milk, the size is ok for the price and the package is easy to open and close, and it goes well after a workout and training, calorie wise it can easily fit with anyone's diet

I love it! It's one of my favorite protein powders. It's fat-free and sugar-free. I love it as hot chocolate or in frappes with plant-based milk and ice. When I want an extra touch of chocolate, I add cocoa powder, and if I want a mocha flavor, I add a little coffee. I love this brand; the flavor is delicious!

Very easy to drink. It does get super foamy in the blender but mixes well in a shaker. Tastes good and I haven’t had any bad side effects from the dairy content.
