I love that I was finally able to find a powdered version of pure l-citrulline and l-arginine. This way you thats all you get and it doesn't have any flow agents like magnesium sterate/etc. The taste is almost tasteless, dissolves easily in water as well. But I just take a scoop and put it in my mouth and take a swig of water, much easier and faster that way. The benefits is that it helps with the "pump" during a workout or even just going for a walk or hike. Heck I sometimes take it even if im not excercising and just want to get some blood flow going, especially if your stuck at a desk all day or are unable to get out and exercise. For example say you have a long flight and will be stuck in a chair all day this would be good to take before hand to keep your blood flowing good.

I’ve been using this L‑arginine plus L‑citrulline blend and while I find the product to be effective for its general use purposes the taste for has taken some getting used to or rather mixing it into juices more often than not. I like that both amino acids are combined in one product, which makes it more convenient than taking them separately. Overall, it feels like a reliable supplement that fits well into daily wellness.

Very good for those who workout. Very convenient in sue. No issues with the qualuty. Package is nice. No taste, which is a benefit. L-Arginine and L-citrulline in one tube? What else one needs? Creatine may be? And I wish the quantity was bigger. On the other hand small tubes fit better in my drawer! :)
