I’ve been using G.1.M during my workouts and really enjoy it. The flavor is light and easy to drink, even during longer or more intense sessions. It’s become a regular part of my training routine, and I’ll definitely keep using it.
Only carb drink that I have found to not have any added sugars. I use it for ultras or when I dont have time to eat before training to be able to go full throttle.
Hands down the most effective carb powder I have used. Recently used this over a 13 hour 100km race, getting the carbs, electrolytes and hydration I needed to complete the effort.
