I feel more energy throughout the day. The workouts are on another level. Also I take this supplement along with creatine and I believe there exists a synergy from taking Peak ATP with creatine together. Quality is top-notch, since you get pure substance without e.g. sodium. All in all, I highly recommend this supplement to anyone looking to boost their enegry levels.

I take one capsule about 30–45 minutes before heavy lifting sessions, and I definitely notice improved muscle endurance and better pumps without any jitters or energy crashes. The 30-day bottle goes by fast for the price, but it works surprisingly well as a stimulant-free pre-workout boost.
