People, I took it for the first time and I got tired. I didn't understand. The next day I took less than half a dose and it's incredible. The secret is to start with a very low dose because it's very powerful. It gives a lot of energy. I also noticed that it helps eliminate liquids through sweat. We sweat a lot. Anyway, it's great, but be careful with the dosage.
