I tried this pre-workout supplement a few times before training, and I definitely felt its effects in a short time. About 20–30 minutes after consumption, I started to feel more alert and energized, which helped me enter the workout with a higher focus and a stronger drive than usual. The taste is not perfect, but it is definitely acceptable – not too chemical and mixes well with water. I did not experience any side effects like shaking or feeling jittery, which sometimes happens to me with other products. The pump during training was noticeable, and my endurance improved mainly during intense exercises. In terms of composition – the doses of caffeine, beta-alanine, and citrulline malate seem balanced, and this is also noticeable in the field. Overall, an effective product, does the job, and enhances the workout without feeling too "overdone."

The quality is excellent, and I noticed increased strength, reps, and energy levels during workouts. However, the taste, regardless of the flavor, is completely unappealing. Despite this, the product itself is fantastic.
This product has a fairly good ingredient content among non-stimulant pre-preps, and contains most of the ingredients that are good to take before training. You can expect good results if you use about two scoops, so if you buy it outside of a sale, it's not a good value for the money, but if you want a stimulant-free pre-prep, this is a product that I would recommend in terms of ingredients.

Clean energy and fast action without palpitations or jitters. I felt it was balanced, giving a strong blood pump to the muscles and excellent stimulation before exercise. The lemon flavor is natural and refreshing, not annoying like some products. It does not cause dehydration or thirst, even after exercise, the energy remains constant. You feel your body ready to perform from the first ten minutes of drinking it. I have tried many others, but this one really has a long-lasting effect and keeps you going strong. The bottle is large and lasts a long time because the dose is not high. I use it during heavy training, and the results are always excellent.
