Good taste and good solubility
I use GlycoLoad mainly before long training sessions and competitions. The powder dissolves well, the blue raspberry flavor is pleasant and not too artificial. I had no digestive problems while using it and the product does its job well. The only reason for 4 stars is that the taste could be a little less sweet.

Combining this with a proper pre-workout and the results are fantastic. Usually the best dosage is two scoops rather than one, but one is better than none. I am able to push through the workout far more and the result is that after a couple of months I was able to decrease body fat levels. Recommend this. I wish it was a bit larger.
