tried it yesterday, i have migraine and sleep issues.. it helped me in reducing the bad feeling of sickness in the beginning of the migraine .. didn't need to take panadol and slept, will update my review after a while.. update** been 2 months since i started using magnesium, it's working well with migraine, i had less attacks the past 2 months.
