Been drinking a glass of this for my dinner and I always feel full afterwards. The quality is great. The flavor is right on. The taste is very chocolatey. It helps with my diet and weight loss.

This is a great quality keto shake mix, but the flavor isn't super chocolately. It has good macros for a keto diet and blends very well.
