I purchased these for my son to help with his growth and vitamin intake. The quality seems good and he has no problem taking the capsule form of the supplement. As far as increased height there has been slight growth but at 12 years old he still has a growth spurt coming.

I purchase this multivitamin for my daughter age 13 years old should take it daily for a few weeks. I will continue and I will update the results.
