The ingredients are top notch, the reviews are outstanding, but my kids complain about the taste and refuse to drink it. I bought both tastes. The only form in which they do agree to consume it - it is in a shake. So once in a while some of does goes in. But certainly not on a daily basis as it should. Better than nothing. So, I'll not repurchase although it could be very beneficial for them.

My 10 year old son is shortest in his class and we read that extra protein can help. So we ordered both Vanilla and chocolate protein shake to add 1/2 scoop to his milk, twice a day. Son doesn’t mind the taste. In 1.5 months, he grew an inch! Not sure if it’s coincidence but we will continue to buy it.

Seems to work. My 14 year old son has grown over 1" in 3 weeks. He had stalled out and not grown for a long time but this stuff kickstarted another growth spurt. Tastes good. My only complaint is that the vanilla is smaller than the chocolate but has the same serving instructions so you use it up a bit quicker. Also the day and nightime gummies have enough for a couple of months but the shakes don't.

I got this for the first time for my teen son. He said the taste is amazing unlike other powders. It’s not gritty and doesn’t have that nasty aftertaste of aspartame or sucralose. We have the vanilla flavour and will order the chocolate flavour once is back in stock. Great product! Highly recommended.

TruHeight has been our trusted brand due to their good quality. Love the size and the package, the Vanilla flavor taste so good my girl wants it everyday after school. She seems to grow taller a bit so i can see the benefit of drinking the protein shake! Will buy again!

I’m not sure how effective it is cause my kids didn’t have much because they didn’t like the taste, it’s like kids formula! I tried to add some flavor to it like cinnamon & other things that made the taste a bit better but if your kids are picky tasters you might need to play with the flavor. I hope thy improve the tast of it.

Father of 13 yr old that was the shortest kid in the classroom here. Kids grow pretty fast given the correct circumstances. Mine grew taller in one year. Or i might say in 2 summer breaks he got as tall as me. I truly believe he needed thia extra aet of minerals/vitamins etc to kickstart his metabolism. We work a lot so our diet is pretty basic. He is into sports all day too. His body needed this to be able to build. Got vanilla, mix it everyday with banana and berries, oat, amaranth and flaxseed. Try this for 6 months before considering any other thing. You won’t regret it.

I love this quality size and ingredients it has benefited my children by helping them add weight on they love the taste, and the serving size is perfect

This isn't my first time buying this protein. My child loves it, it tastes great. Excellent quality and ingredients. Convenient packaging. I'll be ordering it again.
