I am very satisfied with the product as I have a track record from using it for over a year. I take one capsule a day. In my 25 years in the supplement industry, I have found that lycopene is vitally important for prostate, cardiovascular, and even skin and eye health (and possibly for brain health as well). Because it contains the lycopene-synergistic carotenoids known as phytoene and phytofulene, found in tomato. Few other lycopene supplements contain these ingredients. In my professional opinion, these ingredients help lycopene deliver greater benefits!

These are okay, maybe not for me though. Haven't helped me much so I stopped taking them.
The softgels are small and smooth so they are easy to swallow, and there is no noticeable taste. I like that the formula is simple with lycopene suspended in oil, which many people say helps absorption when taken with meals.
